📄 the kyc visuals
A usual 3 page bank form comprising of more than 100 (yes you read the number right) inputs of information collected from a NRI which needs to be then posted through courier to the banks converted into a 5 step/5 minute KYC flow digitally in timespan of 1.5 weeks

Obviously, there were a lot of edge cases and alternate cases that were covered to provide the smoothest experience possible to the users

📋 introducing the waitlist app
To keep the users engaged and create interest among potential users the team decided to launch a waitlist app. The first version of this app was launched Mid November and now the redesigned version after user feedback and introducing early bird/referral offers the app is being launched again this January

This is a feature launched with an idea to make our users spend more time on the waitlist app by providing them a way to compare interest rates of NRI FDs offered by the top banks in INDIA

🎨 redesign of the waitlist app
Upcoming January 2025 we are launching a redesigned version of the waitlist app after getting user feedback from the core group. This version comes with more rewards and a gamified version of joining the waitlist.
